New release from Red Side Visible
The day finally came, a long time coming, but the first track from Red Side Visible's sophomore release is finally available. Also, Pre-Orders for the forthcoming album, due out May 31st is now Live.
Many many many hours went into this recording. I know it's different than much of what you've heard from me. It's a bit of putting a lot out there that I may or may not be ready for, but I hope that you enjoy it nonetheless.
Originally this band was more of a live group, but this particular album took on a life of it's own. There are many details throughout I think you will find that you can spend many hours trying to catch them all.

New album is just about to release for Wayne Shorter Tribute called "Mirth Co-Liberation Project: Part 1, Wayne Shorter. This album features:
Theron Brown, Matt DeRubertis, Daniel Kyswonis, and Mark Russo.
Also in the studio recently with Night Terrors which will be releasing a brand new double album shortly.
Finally Stellar Regions, my latest trio is going strong with upcoming performances all over Ohio as well as planning an East Coast Tour soon.
I've been busy over the last couple years and have put together a lot of stuff. Soon to come is my first ever Self-Titled Release of stuff I've recorded over the last 6 years. A book on Harmony. A book on guitar technique and more albums from my other bands like Red Side Visible.

Probably a musician by birth as I tapped my foot to life. I feel i am not your typical guitarist, though it is a wonderful instrument, probably the best, with bending, harmonics, tapping, slapping, harmonizing, whammy bars, distortion, wah wah, kick assedness, it just rules. I suppose that's why i became interested. I am into innovating, I'm not interested in playing the same old thing, all the time. Improv is just how I am as a person in music and life. I am interested in all that it has to offer, from jazz to 12 tone, to fusion to jam to simple 1 chord vamps to many changes fast in many keys. |
